    Hi J would like to incorporate HNBR to steel by injection mold.The best way for production will be cover glue on the steel by spray and join with rubber. Does anybodody has experience with joining steel metal with HNBR rubber? Which glue J should choose?

    rubber resistant - 50%NaOH/ steam Water

    J need material which could be resistant for two media : 1) 50 % NAOH solutions and tem. 140 C 2) steam water 175 C J check Low price FKM and EPDM but with bad results. Has anybody any idea how dissolve this problem? regards Miki

    Thank You very much to all but 1) If J good remember ACM material is not resistance to Ethylene-glycol solution and biodisel. 2)H-NBR J' affraid about the upper service tem. 3)FVMQ should be good choice(the price is the most important parameter) but it swell more in disel oil than FKM.
