FEA deflection calc. of vacuum chamber
I too use CosmosWorks 2008 to run FEA on flat plates. Make sure after you choose your "Study Type" either fatigue, drop test, static, ect... that you "right click" on your Study Type Name and click on properties. time estimation for vessel design
I have to agree with "gerhardl". However, I have been designing pressure vessels for some time now and bascially I look at things like: pressure, temperature, diameter, overall lenght, how the vessel is to be support, what is being attached to the vessel (plateforms & pipe support clips...- Duker37
