If I do this I take the history to, its just hidden. How do I blow the history to just get a clean part? Its a long tree to get to this stage, so I don't want to take that with the new surface,is there a way to take just the offset 'o' surface into another part?

Hi I have a complex shape in one assembly I would like to extract the surface to use as a cutting tool in another. The surface extraction would be a nice tool is it possible?
