I HAVE A SPA OUTDOOR AREA RIGHT OVER A BURGER BAR KITCHEN EXHAUST, SO ALL OF THE ODOR COMES INTO THE SPA AREA. I NEED SOME KIND OF AIR CLEANER SYSTEM THAT SUPPORTES GREASE FROM KITCHENS.

How can i calculate cfm of air exhaust from any fan, i know that fan diameter and rpm have something to do with it but waths the right formula for making this calculation?
