There are two ways, just pick up one.
1. Geometry-based model.
=> Partition the part and assign a material property to a region
2. Orphan mesh based
=> Note that you have a mesh part. Just select elements and assign material properties.
I am not sure how many people use fe-safe fatigue software. I couldn't find the right forum for the software so that I would like to ask a question here.
