    .dwg to .gif

    I was able to export a .dwg to a .bmp file (AutoCad 2000). I then opened the .bmp with MS Paint. MS Paint will allow you to save a drawing in either .gif or .jpg formats. Hope this helps, Fred

    Have you though of using an x-10 set up? You can get what you need at radio shack and its relatively inexpensive.
