    HI You may try to use silhouette curve, you may have to sketch some of the curve if it has gabs or overlaps. Then you use the curve for a sweep surface.

    We are a tolls shop too, and i see the same problem. If is is possible for you to get your files in step format, this gives you less holes, gabs or missing surface. Hope this helps
