sorry i was not clear, we do not do heating
in the industries we work in, internal heat
is always dominant. i have no experience of
thermafuser performance in heating.

we have used thermafusers successfully for many
years in cooling-only applications. the adjustments
i am aware of require the user to climb up to the
diffuser and use a screwdriver to manually increase
or decrease the setpoint. definitely would recommend
them for normal office use if...
re the 2 x 700tr yorks, at standard ari
conditions at this size range york can
get to 0.53kw/ton or thereabouts.
trane could get to about 0.48kw/ton.
however depending on the wet bulb in
your region it might make sense to have
inverters fitted for the compressors, in
which case i...
the answers you want have been debated in papers
on the trane.com and york.com website, where trane
is proposing 2usgpm/ton for condenser water flow,
and york is refuting it.
also note that at ari conditions of 44degF and
85degF, the latest trane centrifugal chillers
are inching...
it is better to use run-round coil around
the main cooling coil, this is two coils,
one in front and one behind the main coil.
water is pumped around the coils transferring
heat from the front of the coil to the rear
thus reheating the air for "free". also
it is possible...
have u looked at the trane website and studied
their proposal to use 2usgpm/ton for condenser
water flow? over varying weather conditions
this might be interesting option.

ps we also ask for max efficiency but get low
pressure drops--bigger shell and more tubes.
the precision airconditioning units made for
computer room use are almost 100% sensible cooling.
the telecoms exchanges also feature almost 100%
sensible cooling since the heat is all electrical
and there is usually no one in the space.
in the semiconductor industry they use dry coils
to handle...
