    Heat Pump Compressor

    I have an Energy Knight 1 ton Heat pump (120 VAC system). It has been in service since 10/2003 with absolutely no problems. When asked to run, the compressor will try to start but appears to time out at about 5 seconds. Will auto retry after about 1 minute. I have tried a "hard start kit" ...
