    m&Y factors for gaskets

    I am new at this stuff so I may be asking a stupid question. I have seen the terms m&Y as well as cg&Sg both used when describing a gasket. m&Y seems to be more common, is there a difference between these terms? Can they be used interchangibly? Thanks
