Yeah, on our other computer it works as expected. I'm thinking maybe it's a windows setting that got changed and is affecting the way solidworks behaves toward this.

I wanted to purchase it because it's needed right away. But instead I'm going to have one laser cut out of 3/8" stock (with filleted roots, 60-degree angles and snubbed noses). It'll take a few days but I'll get exactly what I wanted.
