Yes, however when you go into Post Builder and want to build a lathe post, you only have the option for a 2 axis lathe. Admitedly I am a novice Post Builder user (have used MDFG lots though), but this seems pretty simplistic seeing allthe multi-axis lathes that are out there now.
Our machining center had this same limitation (80mm past center travel limit @ vertial spindle position.)
For this reason, I usually mounted parts on a tombstone and machined them horizontally, or made sure that the part was mounted on the near side of the C axis center of rotation to avoid...
Looking again at the picture, I see that your X axis is in the same orientation of the Y axis on the machining center that I made the post for. It looks similar though. What control does it have?

Your machine looks more like a machining center to me-
(XYZAC). Not a lathe. Am I mistaken?
