I've seen Hardness Vs. Tensile Stregth (for carbon steel) i API RP 579. Cormet

Best option is Duplex stainless steel type 2205. Be advised that if component is going to be used in pressure containing part or vessel, ASME code limit use of duplex to less than 600F.
