Hi, I am thinking about complexity indexes/factors which are used to compare refineries on a cost per complexity barrel basis. The article I saw basically said, "there are limitations on comparing refineries on a cost per complexity barrel, because the same index value is given to unit processes...
Can anyone provide thoughts on limitations of using complexity factors/indexes for comparing refineries? I am sure I saw an article on this recently but can not find it now. Thanks
