    Importing TIFFs

    When I import a TIFF file the image distorts radically, stretching and/or foreshortening to fill the work window. This is obviously unusable. Maybe I'm making a stupid mistake, but I can't determine why SW is doing this, nor how to correct/prevent it. Any suggestions? Thanks much! Dave
