Condensate pipe size
2006 UPC Section 814.0 and Table 8-2 outline minimum condensate pipe sizes based on tons of refrigeration. Up to 20 tons -> 3/4" 21-40 tons -> 1" 41-90 tons -> 1-1/4" 91-125 tons -> 1-1/2" 126-250 tons -> 2" Over 250 tons -> Sizing as approved by AHJ- nails002

Floor Drain Requirement
2006 UPC 411.2.1 requires floor drains in "Toilet rooms containing two or more water closets or a combination of one water closet and one urinal, except in a dwelling unit" I don't have a copy of the IPC handy so I'm not sure of it's requirements.- nails002

Bathroom Floor Drain requirements
UPC requires floor drains in toilet rooms containing: (1) Two or more water closets; or (2) Combination of one water closet and one urinal I am not sure what the other codes require...- nails002
