    Bubbles in a polymer film

    I am looking for a method of incorporating microbubbles of diameter 2 to 10 micron in a 10 to 15 micron polymer film (probably PDMS). The film will be spin coated onto various substrates and I need the bubbles to remain distributed evenly throughout the film after curing. Thanks in advance. BTT
