The little bit that I have seen from them has really impressed the mess out of me; some of their carriage systems and bearings are just amazing. My plan is to use their thrust bearing on the afore mentioned milling machine with their spring.

There is a company called igus and I am thinking of using some of their products in a machine that I’m looking at producing. I need an ability to have a spring loaded hub assembly and I’m considering using their JTEM disk...
If you have a given amount of weight (300lbs) being exerted on to the head of a machine, say like a milling machine, and there is a slight variation in the surface (a low spot or even a high spot for that matter, +/- 1/8”) and each cutting head is individually spring loaded would they not adjust...
