CuAl overlay on Nitronic 60
Has anybody had any experience with overlaying CuAl-A2 on a Nitronic 60 base? My thoughts are that it should be relatively straight forward welding, similar to overlaying CuAl on 300 series stainless, but its always worthwhile to ask if there might be some unforseen issues.- weldQC

It will require a seperate WPS under ASME IX, as it is an unassigned material. Let me save you some steps if this weld has to comply to NACE 01-75.
