Thank you for the tip, I finally found some one who knows what im going through, I just started working in a large construction site.
The main problem is always the Tender drawings. For the " shop drawings" they for sure needed to be approved by main site eng. I guess if you dont mind...
I recently stumbled upon a challenge in the construction site I am supervising. We are guided by two main drawings, 1) Tender drawings, 2) Shop drawings. The tender drawings indicate that there are two D.Bs each for a separate room in a specific building.

Regarding my work, I started by approving check list of electrical installation from PVC pipes,electrical wiring to 13 amp sockets in public schools...after that started to approve tender...
