MDGroup - thanks for the idea! What are the proper steps to do it right? I edited the sketch in base flange but I have a feeling it's not way to do it.

I am designing sheet metal part, it has an internal cutout with .25 edge flange all around it. Is it ok to create my custom bend relief - picture attached - or should I stick to SW custom relief type in edge flange feature? Those look rather strange for this application and I like that my own...
not sure if this is the correct forum to put this - is there a table referring to countersink dimensions? specifically I am after 90 deg countersink for 1/4. your tips will be greatly appreciated. thank you
I recently came across the drawing with 2 decimal tolerance on 3 decimal dimension, eg: .567 +/-.01,it is a machine part, I can't see the logic having 2 decimal tolerance here, am I missing something? (the tolerances specified on drawing are .XX +/-.05 and .XXX +/-.005), thank you for your input
