    frequency coordination area

    Can anyone suggest a "rule of thumb" radius to use to determine the frequency coordination area for an earth station. I thought that the distance where a 200ft tower is below the ideal horizon would be OK (32Km)

    We are encoding video with a MS Windows encoder and want to uplink the stream through a DVB encapsulator. We cannot use the WM server because of the delay it adds.
