I have installed Catia V6 2009 x64bit version for Windows Vista x64bit.
The installation was successful, however when starting up a new part or opening a file the display remains blank. I can see toolbars and icons but no geometry, workplane, etc.
I am running a windows Vista Ultimate x64bit...
I am trying to import a logo .jpg image into Catia V5, however do not want to spend time drawing the outline in Catia.
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to import the .jpg and process the image outline automatically in Catia into line geometry?

Does anyone know how to open a JT file in Catia, and get the "Representation" of the CAD model once in Catia from "Visualisation" to "Design Mode"?

I have a 1440x900 laptop display and am unable to adjust my Catia V5 display settings to suit. For example a circle appears as an ellipse on the screen.
Can anyone tell me a step by step guide of how to adjust the settings to enable me to get the correct settings for my display for Windows XP...
