MagMike, The setup will be used in an experiment where there will be a 3mmx3mmX20mm piece of metal with permeability similar to steel in the gap. I am building an adjustable-gap yoke that is going to hold two N52 Neodymium cylindrical magnets. Tapered pole pieces will be used to create a field of 1.6T at the center of a maximum 1 cm gap. Does anyone know of an appropriate adhesive for securing the magnets to the yoke and the pole pieces...- D24
