Hi what kind of welding errors is it? what does the x-ray reports say? You must know what kind of errors there are in the weld to prevent the same happens again. for example lack of fusion could be a result of low energy etc. JH

We only use SW in servicesystems i.e. water, steam, air and nitrogen. But have problems with bad welding! Be sure that there are at least three layers of weld and absolutely no undercuts. Laphroaig

I have had success with gaskets type kammprofile and hydraulic tension of bolt. With hydraulic tension of bolt you get the same tension on all, or at least 50% of, the bolt at the same time.
