    Thanks the tick, I am new at SWX, so I am struggling a bit with your method. I have the axis ok, but it disappears when I add holes in another part. I will keep trying though! Geoff

    Thanks Jeff. My problem is getting the holes through each part to line up. The hole wizard can do the holes in the assembly, but I need them in each part for unfolding. Once I have the holes for the first tread I plan to do a pattern, as you've suggested. Geoff
