I called manufacturer no luck as it is the existing dish that has to be relocated (n the model no. missing in the tags).I dont have to worry about seismic and snow loads i believe.
I am following IBC code for the design of footing for 13feet dia. steel Satellite dish. but the code only considers the wind load. Since the steel dish of that size tend to be heavy, is it safe just to take the wind load in consideration?
BTW, does anyone have idea on how much the 13 feet steel...

the dimensions and spacing are already set by the architect. now I got to size them.
Shall I go to the Codes (if yes which one)?
I think I can design the landing based upon the moment only right?
