    Hi, I think I've got a measurement issue but I'd like to make sure that what I am seeing is not a "real" phenomenon... In the air intake of one of our gas turbines we have installed 2 sets of filters back-to-back so that one of them sits the opposite way to normal, a bit like the picture...

    Thank you for your help 25362. Unfortunately the LHV of my gas is ~8500kcal/m3, is there an equation for this level of CV? Also, I'd like to check that the excess air equation would be: Ex(%)= 100 * %O2/(20.9 - %O2) For a gas turbine what kind of excess air levels would be expected?

    Hi, I hope someone can help me please.... I need to calculate the flow through a stack from a CHP (Gas Turbine and fired HRSG), for all possible conditions (GT only firing (gas or oil), HRSG only firing, both firing). The previous person working on this seems to have picked a general number...
