i didnt found anything on the APDL command inserted into specific load steps in workbench .. if u can locate it ..plz do . also in output controls .. there is only options r stresses , strains and one more .. but not the detail selection like outres command ..

u can write a mechanical .db file .. see the analysis settings->analysis data management->save mapdl db by default it is no .. turn it to yes .. and will get a additional db file in the working directory .. open it in mechanical apdl .. and be happy :)

click the view all /customize (see in the bottom of the menu) and select all the items and u have everything on ..
