I am looking for any DOT spec in Tennessee for a foundation on fat clay...on a previous job in Mississippi the DOT spec called for No. 610 crushed limestone compacted. Is there anything in TN like this? Or could I be pointed to a ASTM spec? Note: I am not a civil engineer, I am electrical...- gte652p
