Arsenic corrosion to steel in boiler gas

We have an oilfield production of Oil-gas-water and we intend using the gas as boiler feed gas. Does anyone know if Arsenic is corrosive to steel in boiler gas firing and service? thank you

    C-FAS

Does anyone know what a C-FAS certfication is for chemicals used in the oilfield in the Mid East? These 2 chemicals require C-FAS, these chemicals are Scale and Corr Inhibitors and are water soluble for use and applied from an offshore platform. Do you know where in the UK, I can get a test done...

    Desanding of FWKO and Treater

If the sand is already accumulating in the vessels, use the mudwash system, where you open up the water and reverse wash the sand and sludge out then you settle it out and remove the sand. But I have never seen a FWKO or treater running at 130 deg C, this temperature will boil your light ends...

Converting an H2S analysis result in ppm (w/w) to ppm (v/v

I found the density of H2S is about 1.39 g/L, wouldnt this work for converting ppm w/w to ppm v/v?

    Gas Sweetening Plant Design

There is a recent patent filed on removing H2S from gas on a solid adsorbent-chemical scavenger, The scavenger removes H2S also by direct injection, as far as I have read.

Salt deposition and Fractionator Ovhd Systems

ok why dont I inhibit your TANs with a patent filed for chemical?, and complex the alkali salts?

Converting an H2S analysis result in ppm (w/w) to ppm (v/v

you have to use the equation the Gram molecular weight of a gas occupies 22.4 Litres at STP. you need P and T to carry out the calculation, thus use P1 V1/T1 =p2 v2/t2, you get the volume of gas at the STP temperature, from this volume you can get the weight of H2S.
