From my point of view a resilient seated valves is always a butterfly valves. By reading you I understand my mistake, because ball valve got also plastic seat... My apologize again, and thank you for your help.

I found ball valves manufactures that are B16.34 compliant.
I di not find any resilient seat butterfly valves that are B16.34 compliant.

I agree for ball valves : i have found some manufacturers. But for the same manufacturers, none claims to be conform to B16.34 : this is the origin of my doubt.
Your answer confirm what I read in the standard : only body in cast iron or ductile iron can not be accepted, but all the standard seems to be applicable.
On the other hand, by looking to some resilient seat valves manufacturer, I found none that claims to have a design conform to B16.34. Do you...
