Maximum torque can be transmitted in a Shrink Fit
Hello, At work we perform a hooping ring on a shaft. The ring and the axis are of steel. Outside diameter of ring = 580mm and inner diameter of the ring or outside diameter of shaft = 470mm. And the interference is 0.65 mm. How do you calculate maximum torque can be transmitted? Thanks- arranot
