yes, as per my knowledge it is applied to the root diameter of the threaded shaft or hole. But in the drawing we specify the thread information only. So how can we ensure that threaded hole or shaft is perpendicular or concentric to a particluar datum.
I have to add a perpendicularity condition on a threaded hole in oone of the parts. I have not put the GD&T on the threaded parts. Is it possible to do it.
While designing a spur gear transfer, I know how to calculate the gear parameters. But how to determine the thickness (crossection thickness) of the two gears, depending you know the material of the gears.
Can someone help me with this.
Thanks

This mightwork for the proe generated drawings. Suppose if you Import the drawing as IGES/dxf. Dragging a window does not work. Neither do the show/erase option.
you can not use the window option in 2001, as it used to be in the older version.
I am looking for a command to be added in drawing, if you have to delete many things at once. I am using 2001, proe gives option to select one objet only. You can use shift to pick many objects but that takes lot of time.
thanks
Hayden, You can try this. Go in the Program files\proe2001\bin\ directory. And find the pro setup file. Run it and give the path of your license file.(If it is an stand alone machine) or you have to reinstall the flexLm. and intall the proe server and repeat the above process.
It should work...
