From what I've been told about NX7, it won't have a lot of new functionality. It's main purpose will be to fix many of the software's problems.

I have attached my posted program for you to look at.
I cut this part on a 5 axis horizontal mill, with a table/table configuration. I used a straight cutter so this will be a 5 axis tool path.

I was able to cut your part in NX6, using CONTOUR_PROFILE.
My guess is that you'll be able to do the same in NX5.
