I am looking to replace igbt's in a Mitsubishi vfd. Of course Mits wants a small fortune for them. They are 150 amp, 600 volt dual IGBT's.
There are 6 IGBT's on the inverter side of the drive. The inverter igbt's operate in pairs, one pair for each output phase.
The 150 amp IGBT's are...
For the high current types, is there any difference between a dual darlington transistor, and a dual igbt? As best I can tell from the data sheets, the types I am looking at appear to be the same.
