    As stated, you can do it. It's done all the time for ladder/platform clips, nameplate mounts, insulation support clips, etc, etc, etc. Given the service, the client specs may have additional requirements like PWHT and/or taking Brinell hardness readings after welding, among others.

    Is it allowed for a manufacturer to fill out and submit a single U-1 for (aka Manufacturer's Data Report) form to the customer for multiple pressure vessels, if all of those vessels are identical?
