    HI, These are not jet columns. As mentioned, there are Deep soil mixed columns. Heavy engineering like diaphragm, secant piles? Give them a miss. Get back to basic and go green!     An area with top layer of peaty clay. This area is proposed to use as a waterway drains with recreaction water acitivies. Proposal are to treat the peaty clay with deep soil mixing method to prevent slip failure at side slopes. Any better method to treat the soil ?
