I have a set of data from thermocouples on an irregular grid and want to produce contour plot - any ideas how to convert the irregular grid to regular ???
The data changes with time - but I can handle that with an animation
I am having trouble with ROOT. using it in a subroutine to solve a diff eqn repeatedly. Results occasionally come back as complex numbers, which crashes other bits. I use the previous loops answer as the start guess for the next one as it will be close to answer.
