    Complete amateur in Draftsight

    Specifically: Click on the Line icon. On your drawing, place the cursor at the starting position of the line and leftclick. Move the cursor to start the line in the direction to be drawn. From the keyboard, enter the length of the line and hit Enter. Hope that helps. Sandy

    DS startup switches/scripts

    Newby here. Came over from AutoCad a week ago; running on Ubuntu. Could someone please point me to info on setting startup switches or a script to: start with no file open, or start with most recent file open, or start by running a named or default script, etc. Thanks in advance.
