5 axis machine
define size and shape, material, cutting torque needed of part. Five-axis can be done in two ways; tilting the part or tilting the tool; depends on part characteristics. Fidia and others tilt the head/tool for larger more cumbersome workpieces. Other machine like DMG, have tilt tables.- Hansjepansje
