Don't you have an aircon?
In our plant there's an aircon keeping the desired temperature in the MCC and we have no problems, if you will be more specific (what do you mean by airflow problems,..) maybe I'll be able to help you with that.

I found the book "The Science and Engineering of Materials" very useful. there's a dedicated chapter for magnetic materials and other chapters explaining properly the iron carbon diagram. and it is cheap!
