I agree with ash9144 suggestion. Side mixer are only useful, if very little mixing is required in a big tank. Mixing is performed at low level, closure to pump suction.

I am dealing with a mixture of toulene(70%)+ wood rosin(20%)+ Turps (10%). Need to design a multi stage flash vessel to separate out toulene with other two components.
Flow rate: 2500 kg/hr, feed temp 150 deg C at atmospheric temp.
Toulene, B.P = 111 degC
Rosin, B.P = about 300 degC...
