Yeah, I ended up leaving it at 0.98 (seemed to come out fairly crisp) and just guillotining the few mm of border. There is a borderless printer in this house but in typical fashion, it's out of ink.

Ah yes, you're quite right, I always thought Solid Edge was a product by SolidWorks, seems it's actually made by Siemens.

For this particular assembly, it's completed and won't be modified, but thanks for the tips, I'll keep these in mind when I'm working on something more complex.
