    Is there any penalty on weld joint Failure

    Dear All, I had Radiography Test (RT) for several weld joints and found few are rejected due to porosity. Our Client is insisiting to have more test (we have 5% of the joints) as a penalty of the failure. Is there any penalty on failure of weld joint. Regards MAK72
