It will be used on loading rack where there is minimal piping. Just need to use so we can protect the PD meter.
Do you think we need vapor elimination.
Do you guys think we need vapor eliminator on top of strainer for said flow conditions. I am having a hard time finding a 3" 300# strainer/vapor eliminator combo in 4-6 weeks LT. I am almost thinking of excluding the option of air elimination and using just the strainer.
What do you guys suggest.
Is there a document where it is stated what schedule pipe we should use for LPG loading skid for truck loading. Pressure is 275 psig @ 330 gpm.
Thanks,
4" line size with 13 feet per second, with pneumatic butterfly valve as control valves.
I did bring it to the attention to customer about adding, but since now I have two choices only, either to include (2) Kunkle 2x3 PSV staggered with 10% less set pressure downstream than the one at upstream...
I have a design for metering skid for loading trucks at a terminal. flow is 500 gpm, with 50 psig and medium is Diesel.
Do I need a PSV if customer P&ID didn't specified it.
Thanks,
