I don't know any super alloy could run at 1500C, even with today's the most advanced material like DS/SC superalloy. GE might have one new material in developing stage, but may still below 1500C. I don't have knowledge how to covert your 15000RPM to the requirement on material mechanical...

SiC maybe is the one material to use at 1500C. However, it will react with oxygen or steam at 1500C. It is also very difficult to machine and would be very expensive to produce SiC compressor wheel.

Is the nitrogen pressure around 10-3atm? What is the oxygen content range in your furnace that tou want to measure?

It seems technically achievable, at least from refractory standpoint. But don't know how much it would cost. You may need fiber-reinforced refractory to meet all the requirements. cmx
