Inverter Failures related to Voltage Sags?

What is the lowest voltage an inverter can handle on a three phase system (460VAC) before it starts to fail? I have recently seen more and more inverter failures and I believe it is related to our incoming power. I need to know how low can the voltage drop before it fails.
