    Does anyone use the NX CAM – Siemens Sinumerik Post Builder? All our CNC machines have Siemens 840D controller on them. This would be a great application to use in conjunction with our machine shop.

    Machining an undercut in UG NX 5 CAM

    Your comments and tips have been most helpful. Using UG NX version 5. Once I put a surface region on the undercut area, selection of the area was much easier. Went with a Fixed Contour using the streamline method, with projection vector - normal to drive. Works a treat. See attached screen...
