What was the actual pressure when you started the turbine? If the pressure is too high or if you tried to start the turbine before it vacuumed down, you will have this problem. The turbine should only be run between ~60 and ~140 Kpa

Rana- you can use another vfd, like a delta C2000 but you'll have to configure it.
If the vfd is outputting 370hz, the rpm will be correct.
You can find those connectors in the schematic, there's a reset signal, a run signal, and a 120hz signal to break in the bearings.

Removing the tube between the output window and shutter usually resets it. They want to see that someone took the tube out to look at the optic. Call or txt me 706-627-7854 for help. Did you look at the actual temperature of the optics while cutting?

Watch the motor shaft on the z axis, does it move smoothly while it's cutting or is it jumping? It's either a sensing issue or the bearings in the z axis

did you reset the circuit breaker? it's probably a shorted traswi, transformer or rectifier, possibly one leg of the 3 phase is missing. troubleshooting this is deadly if you don't know the rules. other than that it's simple. first step is inspect hv for arcing and burnt spots. don't let that...
I think you got a stuck key. it could be the extended keyboard too. disconnect the standard keyboard first, ten the machine keyboard, they're hooked up via PS2, USB or serial. hook up a standard usb keyboard via USB to test.
